A Unique Combination of Components Shown to Help Relieve Knee Pain

Component 1:
Two (2) Mueller® Brand Adjustable Knee Support Straps

Mueller® Brand Adjustable Knee Support Strap

  • Helps relieve kneecap discomfort
  • Soft, adjustable strap for comfortable, custom fit
  • One size fits all
  • Strap helps evenly redistribute pressure on knee cap to relieve stress and pain on your knee.

The Mueller® knee strap helps to relieve knee pain associated with walking, jogging or any type of physical activity that aggravates the knee.

Here's how it works: there is a tendon (tissue that connects muscle to bone) that runs the length of your shin to your knee. The knee strap puts mild pressure on that tendon which helps the knee cap maintain it's alignment.

The strap is very simple, it wraps around your leg right below the knee and stays on tight with velcro.

It has a soft lining that feels good against the skin. It won't bind your knee during physical activity and doesn't cut off your circulation.

Whether you're wearing shorts, pants or running tights, it's made comfortable for daily wear - enough to forget you have it on.

If you find your knee hurting after you jump, run, exercise or walk down stairs, you MUST try this knee supporting strap.

Component 2:
All-Natural Pain Relieving Arnica Gel to Soothe Knee Soreness and Discomfort

All-Natural Pain Relieving Arnica Gel Arnica is a plant that grows to a height of 1 - 2 feet with yellow-orange flowers similar to daisies. It's potency comes directly from the flower heads.

It has been used for medicinal purposes since the 1500s and remains popular even today as a cream or gel. Used to help sooth discomfort and stiffness due to strenuous excercise or activity, it's a fragrance-free gel with no artificial colors to stain your clothes.

It absorbs into the skin with no greasy or sticky feeling and without the odor or a burning sensation usually associated with Ben-Gay and similar products.

Used as a topical treatment to help relieve the aches and pains in your knees.

Component 3:
"Knee Pain Relief" Book - An Illustrated Guide to Easy Exercises for Happy, Healthy Knees

Knee Pain Relief Book It's obvious - knee pain seems to encourage immobility. But in some cases immobility can make the problem worse.

Many doctors recommend exercise and stretching for knee pain but without giving specific instructions. The proper strengthening and stretching of key knee and leg muscles can prove to be more helpful than the more aggressive drug or surgery options.

Seeing as they are so easy to try, they're certainly worth a shot.

This is the only book of it's kind to specifically address the types of exercises and stretches used to build up and maintain healthy knees.

It offers step by step instructions in an easy to read illustrated guide.

The exercises are tied to specific knee and leg muscle groups and allow you to pick and choose which ones work best for you.

There are plenty to choose from, for the beginner or the advanced. In fact, some you can even do in bed!

Component 4:

Component 5:
Knee Release Vitamin Supplement - Nourishment You Need to Lubricate and Strengthen Your Knees From the Inside Out

Knee Release Vitamin Supplement Here's what our unique blend of natural ingredients include:

1) Glucosamine - well known for its impressive joint regenerative qualities, it's a compound found in healthy cartilage and the fluid around the joints.

The Glucosamine within our formula has been derived from natural sources and long been used to treat arthritic conditions. It has also been shown in clinical studies to regrow cartilage and slow the progression of knee joint deterioration.

In fact, here's something taken from the July 14, 2003 issue of The Archives of Internal Medicine - a study involving glucosamine to treat knee osteoarthritis (the type of knee arthritis caused by the wear and tear, and eventual loss of cartilage in the joints, usually occurring after middle age). They concluded: "Our results demonstrated a highly significant efficacy of glucosamine on all outcomes, including joint space narrowing."

Glucosamine not only safely and effectively eases the joint discomfort of many types of knee joint pain, but also does something that no pain-relieving drug can do - help rebuild knee joint cartilage.

A daily regimen of Glucosamine may help keep your knees strong and maintain your joint cartilage for many years to come, however... Glucosamine alone may not give you the full knee pain relief you need, to address any pain-causing inflammation surrounding your knees - which is what we've also added:

2) MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) - a naturally occurring sulfur compound found in all living organisms. Although present in the body in tiny amounts and all fresh foods such as fish, meat, fruits and vegatables, MSM is destroyed when foods are processed and prepared, hence the need for it as a supplement. It is used to help repair damaged connective tissue (in the knee, for example) and reduce the pain-inducing inflammation associated with many types of knee pain.

In a recent double-blind clinical study reported in the June 2004 issue of Clinical Drug Investigations, researchers concluded that glucosamine, MSM and their combination produced an analgesic (pain relieving) and anti-inflammatory effect in osteoarthritis. Combination therapy showed better efficacy in reducing pain and swelling and in improving the functional ability of joints than the individual agents. All the treatments were well tolerated. The onset of analgesic (pain relieving) and anti-inflammatory activity was found to be more rapid with the combination than with glucosamine.

Glucosamine added together with MSM create a powerful combination that attacks knee joint pain at it's source.

ginger 3) Ginger - have you ever seen that deformed-potato-looking-thing in the produce aisle at the grocery store? It is actually the root of the ginger plant that you’re looking at. A plant that originally comes from southeast Asia, known for its aromatic smell, ginger has been used by Chinese herbalists for over 2,000 years in flavoring food and also as a medicine.

Oddly enough, recent research is proving what nutritionists, wisemen, and grandmas have known for centuries… food makes great medicine!

Hers's a common list of ailments ginger has been used for:

  • Motion Sickness
  • Nausea
  • Migraine Headache Relief
  • Inflammation Relief - (great for knee pain!)

Ginger has been added to our unique Knee Release formula for two very important reasons: 1) to provide another means of relieving pain-causing inflammation within the knee 2) to eliminate to possibility of indigestion.

It's true, in some rare cases, people have reported indigestion or heartburn as a result of taking other brands of Glucosamine. Ginger acts as a natural antacid to neutralize any stomache related issues before they come up.

This addition of ginger, along with taking Knee Release with meals as directed, helps you maintain a happy, healthy balance in your digestive system while relieving the inflammation assoicated with knee pain.

boswellia 4) Boswellia - a large branching tree found in the dry, hilly areas of India from which a natural organic resin can be obtained from it's trunk.

Boswellia is commonly used in the Hindu, "Ayurveda" system of medicine. Within Ayurveda (literally translated to mean "Science of Life") a purified extract of the boswellia tree resin has been used in relieving arthritis pains for thousands of years.

Boswellia is included in Knee Release for it's inflammation reducing benefits, but more importantly becuase it has been known to promote circulation to the joints. This is very important because the cartilage of the knee joint doesn't get direct blood flow.

silica 5) Silica (plant based) - our silica is derived from the horsetail herb, a non-flowering plant that looks like a green horse's tail.

Horsetail has often been used to strengthen and mend broken bones. The medicinal use of horsetail comes from it's high organic silica content. Our hair, skin, nails, bones and knee joints all need silica. It gives our cells strength, durability, and flexibility.

Think about walking outside on grass. You put all your weight on little blades of grass, but they always spring right back up. This is from their high silica content. Silica enables the grass to be resilient and bend, yet not break. Without silica, our bones would be brittle and break easily.

As horsetail is very, very high in silica (possibly the most abundant source of silica in the plant kingdom), it feeds our hair, skin, and nails along with our joints and helps keep the cells in these systems strong and resilient.

6) Hyaluronic Acid - (also called Hyaluronan or HA) is a component of connective tissue whose function is to cushion and lubricate. Hyaluronic acid is found in synovial joint fluid (fluid that lubricates joints and provides nutrients to the cartilage) as well as the eye, cartilage, blood vessels, skin and the umbilical cord.

In people who have osteoarthritis of the knee, the hyaluronic acid gets thinner. When this happens, there isn't enough hyaluronic acid to protect the joint.

Hyaluronic Acid also helps deliver nutrients to and carry toxins from cells that do not have a direct blood supply, such as those found in cartilage.

Hyaluronic acid has been nicknamed by somes news agencies as the "key to the fountain of youth" because it has been observed that at least a portion of the people who had a high intake of HA through their local diet, tended to live to older ages with less health problems. Specifically, Connie Chung of ABC News did an investigative report on a small village in Japan where this was the case. The show was entitled: "The Village of Long Life: Could Hyaluronic Acid Be an Anti-Aging Remedy?".

Now, we're not saying HA is the "key to the fountain of youth" but it does seem to be a key component to reducing knee pain and increasing mobility.

II. Study #2 - One preliminary double-blind study, conducted by UCLA School of Medicine professor Ronald Lawrence, M.D., Ph.D. concluded that MSM appears helpful for people with arthritis. In the study, Dr. Lawrence followed 16 patients with degenerative arthritis or joint disease. The patients who took MSM daily over a six-week period reported an 80 percent reduction in pain. Only two of those taking the placebo reported decreased pain -- about 20 percent (Journal of Anti-Aging Medicine, July 1998)
